INTRODUCTION TO
PROGRAMS
READ BELOW
STEP ONE
Scan the comprehensive list and SELECT A PROGRAM. MLiQ recommends that you discuss or share the program you’re going to work on with your doctor or support team.
STEP TWO
When you open a program, there will be an IMPORTANT INTRODUCTION often with support research-READ IT.
STEP THREE
In most cases you will find a LIST OF RESOURCES that are either provided for you by MLiQ or that you will need to obtain from your doctor (or on your own).
STEP FOUR
Lay-out a time on your personal DAILY CALENDAR as to when you are committed to working on the program. Stay on schedule and make the changes as laid out by the instructors or MLiQ. A few minutes each day simplifies the work and amplifies the success.
STEP FIVE
Build an ACCOUNTABILITY TEAM. This can be someone that is doing the program with you, the doctor or staff at the office, or a trusted friend who will check in with you regularly. We’re stronger together!
STEP SIX
Don’t forget TO CELEBRATE along the way. We have a tendency to beat ourselves up when we aren’t perfect. Stop it. If you have slips along the way, ACKNOWLEDGE them and then get back on track and regularly have a celebration with friends.
NOTE:
There are different levels of commitment within many of the programs. There are SIMPLE levels that you can attempt on your own. MLiQ recognizes that there are behaviors that are deeply, culturally, ingrained and having a coach is imperative to produce the results you desire. In these cases, there is the opportunity to hire a personal coach at an additional fee. It’s always your choice, but we want to provide the resources to support your goals and successes.
