Jaime
Garrison
Yoga has always been a part of my life. I recall as a child, feeling deeply connected
to nature, spirituality, and energy. As an adult it has become a way of life to
maintain that union. On a quest for meaning and purpose I began yoga and
meditation as a teenager. Over time my interests have evolved to include
aromatherapy, herbalism, Ayurveda, Thai Massage and energy through Reiki. I
considers myself to be a humble student of life and it is my dharma to share these
interests with others so they too can attain balance and purpose in life.
In 2010, while working in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of
Michigan, I completed a 200-hr yoga teacher training. Deeply drawn to my personal
practice I found my true calling as a yoga guide. It was during this time I began to
explore healing through Reiki and have since received a Master Level Attunement. In
November 2017 I was ready to pursue advanced yoga training to earn a 500hr RYT,
expected graduation August 2020. As my interests evolve, I am pursuing continuing
education as a Naturopathic Practitioner.

Dr. Tom Preston
Dr. Tom Preston considers himself very fortunate to be a success in his ideal, both personally and professionally. Professionally his career started as a very successful family focused chiropractor where he started two practices from scratch right out of school. His focus on balancing his love of service with his love of family led him to define success by taking 10-12 weeks of holidays/year while working 25 hours/week and making a nice take home salary.
Many peers and other docs took notice and wanted to learn how to accomplish this so he started his coach/consulting business to help other health care providers. That role has evolved to where he is a highly sought-after trainer, advisor, consultant and coach to health care professionals and entrepreneurs worldwide. His personal life success revolves around his role as a deeply devoted family man. His 30+year marriage to the love of his life, Shelley and the five amazing daughters are his muse and the center of his time away from his career.
Dr. Preston discusses his involvement in the design of the Flourish Domain and how it will impact your patients, here.
Charlaine Raynor
As a certified holistic health and wellness coach, Charlaine Raynor is passionate about creating a reliable supportive space for people to move forward in a direction they desire in mind and body. Charlaine understands each person is on their own personal journey and that health and wellness is not a one size fits all program. In the midst of her own health crisis in 2008, Charlaine was met with the challenge of finding the support she needed to change the direction her health was heading after a stressful episode. This experience created a very strong value for her on how people are supported. Charlaine believes very strongly that guessing about health and navigating through google is not enough to create an optimal state of health.
Emphasizing each of her client’s unique life experiences, goals, and dreams, Charlaine creates a custom action plan that supports them in moving forward toward living their best life. In addition to providing a deep and meaningful coaching experience to her clients, she also serves as a mentor and guide to motivate, and hold clients accountable to achieve their goals.
