INTRODUCTION
There are three attitudes about health…
1...waiting until you’re sick and then seeking short-term expensive interventions to reduce the symptom or disease. Most of our current healthcare (sickness care) system is built on this thinking.
2...monitoring and working to prevent disease before it appears and taking steps to build better health practices and immunity throughout life.
3...constructing a lifestyle that is designed to maximize the human experience and allow us to live lives of success and fulfillment.
MLiQ is primarily designed to realize attitudes 2 and 3 above.
The first thing we need to do is find out what path you’re headed down. There are 6 scientifically verified indicators of disease. These often show up decades before the diagnosable problem appears. For example, we know that belly fat is a prime predictor of Alzheimers in men. Since we know this, wouldn’t it make sense to handle it now?
The first DOMAIN of MLiQ is titled Vital Health. Experts in Functional Medicine and Chiropractic have taken the 6 Indicators of disease and created questions to see “How are you doing and where are you headed?”
HOW THE VITAL HEALTH SECTION WORKS
STEP ONE
Take the 60 question test and obtain a Vital Health Score.
STEP TWO
This information will be transmitted into your chiropractor’s office and be reviewed.
STEP THREE
Your chiropractor will identify any “red flags” and have a discussion with you via telehealth, email, or in person on your next visit.
STEP FOUR
Your chiropractor will then be able to monitor these vital health markers via your visits, input you can manually enter over time, or through one of the wearables that you may already possess. And if you want to monitor these markers at home, we’ve listed links to products you can optionally buy for a very small investment.
This test is so important that we require you to complete the Vital Health survey prior to having access to the hundreds of lifestyle activities in this app. These areas are Nourish, Brain Health, Flourish and Movement.
